How Catherine achieved her career goals while looking & feeling her best at age 50 

Catherine is a single mom and working a very demanding job with long hours as she is the Chief Client Officer at Baker Botts.

For the past 2 years, Catherine has been a Personal Training client (training with me 3-4x / week consistently) and we added the Online Coaching some time later.

How Manny lost 40 lbs in 4 months and turned from an Online Coaching skeptic to a believer

Manny came to me after he had been working with trainers for 8-9 years, trying to lose weight – without any results.
He was struggling with zero motivation to work out on his own (hence his strong skepticism towards working online), snacking and overeating, and he drank quite a bit (often a bottle of wine per night), He was very self-critical, struggling with motivation overall & had a hard time making the transition to eating healthier foods.
However, within just 4 months of working together, Manny had lost 40 lbs, felt much more confident making good choices eating out, had greatly cut back on his alcohol consumption, barely snacked, and the greatest achievement – he worked out by himself. He was happier, more confident and couldn’t believe himself the transformation he had undergone.

How Eslly got her first regular period in 3 years and down to the lowest weight since age 18 

When Eslly first came to me she was dealing with a lot – high stress (from studying and working 3 jobs), anxiety, bloating, irregular periods & acne (from PCOS) & more. She had been unsuccessfully trying to lose weight for years, worked out 6x/week, doing HIIT and everything.

While working together for about 10 months, she managed to lose 17 lbs (which is how much she last weighed at age 18), her acne & bloating improved, she got her first regular period in 3 years, stopped drinking alcohol, discovered fasting for herself which she loved and overall made a ton of personal progress.

Till has been my Coach for over a year now. I have worked as a personal trainer myself and worked with a personal trainer for the last 20+ years. Till is simply the best in the business. Additionally, his knowledge and skills go far beyond the scope of strength training . As a single mom, working 14 hour days and more, I know that I have to prioritize my health to be my best self for my son, friends and colleagues.
